Real Estate Marbella originally became involved with Spanish Freehold Property in 1989. Despite their long history, the objectives of Real Estate Marbella have always remained the same, and that is to make buying a foreign property, safe, simple, and a good investment. Since their inception they have always represented the buyer’s needs ahead of the vendor’s. As such they only offer their clients the type of property that they have asked for, not a random selection off their listings.
We were commissioned by Real Estate Marbella to produce their new website. The primary feature of the new website was that it had to be built using a Content Management System (CMS). Real Estate Marbella would need to constantly update their new website with new and sold properties and the Content Management System allowed them to do this.
The Content Management System on the new website allows the staff at Real Estate Marbella to add, edit and remove the featured properties on the home page and also the properties in their portfolio. The CMS also enabled users of the website to become registered members and gain secure access to the properties in their portfolio. This provided Real Estate Marbella with the functionality to collect useful information from their clients which would in turn allow them to recommend the most suitable properties to them.
